Exhibitor Checklist
In preparation for the FIT Congress, here is a checklist to help make your exhibit a success. Just follow these steps, and you'll be all set!
Step #1
Review Freeman's Exhibitor Services: Discount Deadline July 18
For shipping arrangements, furniture rental, ordering audiovisual equipment, electricity, Internet, and more, Freeman has provided all necessary information, as well as several forms that you must complete.

- Click "Log In" (upper right corner)
- Click "Create Username" and follow the instructions provided
- If you have any problems, please call Freeman at +1 888-508-5054
Please note: You CANNOT ship your exhibit materials to the hotel or to ATA. You MUST ship all materials to Freeman.
Step #2
Assign Complimentary Registrations: Deadline June 30
Each exhibitor receives two complimentary full-conference registrations per booth. You will be provided with a special registration code in order to assign these complimentary registrations.
Step #3
Increase Your Visibility
While ATA commits to increase traffic in the Exhibit Hall by promoting all Exhibitors and offering services within the hall, you can take advantage of opportunities to increase your visibility and directly invite attendees to visit your booth.
