In preparation for the FIT Congress, here is a checklist to help make your sponsorship a success. Just follow these steps, and you'll be all set!
Step #1 Assign Complimentary Registrations: Deadline June 30
You may receive complimentary full-conference registrations, depending on your level of sponsorship. You will be provided with a special registration code in order to assign these complimentary registrations.
Step #2 Deliver Your Tote Inserts: Deadline July 29
You may provide an item to be inserted into each totebag, given to every conference attendee. We expect 800 attendees, so it is recommended to provide 900 inserts.
Inserts must be delivered to the Hilton San Francisco Union Square by Friday, July 29 at 6:00pm, but no earlier than July 26 due to limited hotel space. You must use the Shipping Label provided.
Also, please send the following information by email to Caron Mason at firstname.lastname@example.org so that ATA may successfully locate your inserts: 1) description of inserts, 2) number of boxes sent, 3) carrier used, and 4) the tracking number.
